I found this today while researching fitness diet plans for my Dad who is looking to get a jumpstart on his New Year's resolution. Its 56 days to your weight loss goal. I Struggled With How To Gain Weight With A Fast Metabolism

For most of my teen and adult years I could not for the life of me gain weight. I could not figure out how to gain weight weight with a fast metabolism, which seemed to sabotage all of my efforts. Most people over 30 probably are cursing at me right now so I am sure once I get a little older this will not be an issue!

But I seem to be "immune" from gaining weight until recently when I started following a program to add muscle to my frame.

Weight Gain Program That Actually Worked For Me!

I have always been a fitness nut. In high school and college it was due to my involvement in basketball and other sports. Recently I got into a weight gain program which involved lifting weights and choosing my diet carefully and I actually stuck with it because, it started to work!
